Remaining stock of SCSI drive cases

Last updated May 30 2011, (c) Herb Johnson. All cases have ONE internal flat cable with ONE "standard" 50-pin flat cable connector, to TWO external connectors on the case back, unless stated otherwise. Cases may not include all screws or have all "feet" intact. THESE ARE NOT KITS.

tall 68 case has a 68-pin SCSI connector pair on the back. It is 8" tall X 7.5" wide X 12" long. Weight 16 pounds at the moment because it has a DEC 5200S 5.25-inch drive in it. Here's the back.

Tall 50 case has a 50-pin SCSI-1 connector pair on the back. It is 4" tall X 10" X 10". Weight 6 pounds Here's the back.

Optima brand case has a 50-pin SCSI-1 connector pair on the back. 2" tall X 9.5" X 9.5" and 5.5 pounds. Here's the back. The back has an AC jack, power switch, fan, one SCSI address selector.

I have a few other cases similar in size and connectors to the Optima branded case above. Weight and height may vary a bit. SOme have an AC outlet. Some may have a removable front for CD-ROM use.

Data Silo brand case has a 50-pin SCSI-1 connector pair on the back. 2.5" tall X 11" long by 9". Weight is 4.5 pounds, a plastic case. Here's the back. I may have other plastic cases, some may have a removable front for CD-ROM use.

Megahaus brand case has a 50-pin SCSI-1 connector pair on the back. It's 4" tall X 10.5" deep X 10" and weighs 7.5 pounds. Here's the back.

Sledgehammer brand case has FOUR 50-pin SCSI-1 connectors on the back, two sets of internal cables and two SCSI address switches for two drives. Weight is 6 lbs. Here's the back.

Here's a stack of assorted SCSI cases. Some of them have a DB-25 Mac SCSI connector on the back. The cases on the bottom are about 10" wide. Some are small cases with SCSI-1 connnectors.
